lets see, i have a replacement Dell PowerEdge R200 on order for my VoIP server. i hope i have better luck with this one.
I have a IP/SIP phone to test my VoIP server with, on order.
I have a Cisco WS-C3560-48PS PoE switch, also on order.
the item i am really waiting for is a better USB KVM switch, on order, to replace my old, barely functioning, PS/2 KVM switch. the old one will likely be re-purposed, or repaired.

well, the IP phone is installed and operational, as is the KVM switch, and the Cisco PoE switch. the Cisco switch, i just got installed and configured via the console cable.

i also have two more IP650 phones, and will be adding a 4 port Grandstream GS-HT814.
